Very good value for money. Nice room, high cleaning standard. Good location if you don't have a car (which I didn't) as parking could be a problem. But it is well placed very close to the seaside with plenty of restaurants. Apparently one can also dine in this hotel but I didn't. I rarely eat in the hotel where I stay so this is not because food wouldn't be good here. I used the wellness. The sauna was great but the hamam was either not functioning or simply not powered on so I couldn't use it.

I really enjoyed my stay after a real stressy flight. Thanks for the extreme friendly welcome at the reception. It felt good. The room was spacious and very clean. I enjoy the time at the SPA in the sauna - everything clean. And I want to mentioned overall the friendly stuff. Thank you so much.

Nestled in a central location in Tuzla, the hotel is a beacon of comfort and luxury. The rooms are spotlessly clean, offering a serene retreat. The restaurant was wonderful with a wonderful atmosphere and a beautiful garden. The entire staff exudes warmth and professionalism, ensuring a memorable stay. I want to thank to Beiza, who was extremely kind and hospitable to us with her warm demeanor and impeccable service. I recommend the hotel with both hands. 👌

During my stay, I was impressed by the exceptional quality of the establishment. The rooms were impeccably clean, reflecting meticulous maintenance. The staff, especially Ms. Beyza at the reception, were extremely welcoming and professional. I highly recommend this hotel for its particular attention to hygiene and its commitment to ecological sustainability. An experience worth repeating without hesitation

Cute hotel! In the middle of restaurants and cafes! Near the mall and shops. Walking distance to corniche! Just lovely livable location. The staff are nice and helpful! Shoutout to Harun, a very helpful supportive person! Thanks for the peaceful stay 🤍

This was our second stay in this place and the hotel is amazing in everything. The room was very comfortable, spacious and clean, the breakfast was delicious, the staff is so friendly and warm, always smiling, special thanks to Beyza, she’s amazing!

Excellent location in the heart of Tuzla, about 2-3 streets back from the sea front but still fairly quiet. Friendly and comfortable hotel. Close to large selection of places to eat.

Everything was very beautiful, starting with the brothers at the reception (I think her name was Beza, as well as Mohammed and Haroun), the calm and comfort, and the garden inside the hotel was relaxing. I felt as if I was in my home. I will definitely come back again.

Hotel is very cozy, especial the garten, free coffee and tea, nice SPA and very professional massage. Super staff, early check in without any question, all was perfect to enjoy some relax days

Large silent room, large and comfortable bad, very good breakfast with selection of vegetables and cheese. Well equiped gym. Hotel located close to promenade with polenty of restaurants. Nice and helpfull staff.
